Terms and conditions

This terms and conditions page describes the terms upon which you may access and use our services.By using our services, you affirm that you have read and accept all of the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

Commitment

A project/service is not finalised until both parties agree on the specifications of the project/service.In case of a party not agreeing on the specification,the project will be considered as cancelled and terminated.

Right to Terminate

Joompros reservesa full rights to terminate any contract without prior notice.If a advance payment has been collected,Joompros will fully refund the payment if no services have been rendered.

If the project is finished, Joompros will send a notice stating the same. If there is no communication from the client's side. The project will be accepted as completed.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to 10 revisions after delivery unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Any advance payments / Upfront payments will not be refunded after(unless stated otherwise) -

a ) Joompros has worked on the project for more than 10 days
b ) First preview of the project is complete.
c ) Project is cancelled on delivery.
d ) Project is left dormant for a period of more than 1 month.
